Much of the success we now enjoy as a web presence provider, we owe to the continual feedback we get from our customers and prospects each day. It’s helping us improve and adapt to changing market conditions. So, in preparation for our 17th anniversary in 2017, we’re launching a Fall Feedback campaign to collect even more customer suggestions that will hopefully make us a more perfect presence provider in 2017. We want to do all we can to offer the services, and quality of services, that you need for your web presence.
For that purpose we’ve created a new category in our customer support form called “SiberName Customer Feedback”. The purpose of this new category in our support form is to have all customer feedback in one location to make it easier for us to respond to, evaluate and re-evaluate in the future. Here’s the link to that form. To submit feedback, simply select “SiberName Customer Feedback” in the drop down category menu and submit any feedback to us in the same way you’d send us a support request.
You can use this modified form form to:
- Comment on SiberName Service Quality
- Suggest new SiberName services, products or partners
- Share news about your successful website experiences
- Share News about innovative Web Presence technologies and tactics
- Report Virus or Scam alerts
Your feedback will be responded to and considered for implementation by our Marketing and Research team. If your suggestion is implemented at SiberName, you will be thanked and SiberName credit will be added to your “Referral Agent Account”. Anyone can our Referral Agent Program.
