Server was up but was on read-only mode. So we had to run FSCK (File system Check) on this server to get it back normal. FSCK is already half way through and we can expect the server to be up anytime after the next 10 - 15 mins.

Server came online but again on Read Only mode. We are in touch with our DC on this and should have this resolved soon. We do not have an ETA right now.

This server has been tried to be brought back up but it did not.

It needs a new Mother Board because we believe the BIOS is the reason of the problem.

We are trying to get a replacement server to have this server to be transferred.

We have the latest backup from yesterday night and after restore you wil have the latest copy of your web site.

Emails currently sent to your account will be holding to arrive to your mail box until the server is back online. You will not lose these emails.

If you have Google Adwords campaigns running, please suspend them until the server is available again.

With the current estimate, We need around 12 more hours to stabilize this situation. Sorry for the problem caused by factors out of our hand.

We are installing the necessary software on the new machine and making it ready for restoration.

It will be ready for restoration around 11:00 AM EST
A fast restore should bring all web sites up in another 1 hour.

With all detailed work completed, we are looking at around 2:00 PM the earliest you can get your emails and web site back up;

Server is installed with the new hard drives and operating system. We are installing the cpanel and we will start restoration in 30 minutes.

Currently we are attaching the old hard drive to the new server. The sites will start working from the old hard drive and we will do the maintenance after the sites are up. Mainly transfer to the new hard drive.

We have brought the web sites up from the old hard drive.

We are moving the files to the new hard drive. The accounts moved to the new hard drive will have email services activated. So far we have restored 1/3rd of the email functionality of all accounts.

It goes alphabetically.

In another 1 hour, we expect all web sites fully functional.
