I just register for your hosting company. I have a domain from another company, need to transfer. what can I do ?.

We will start the transfer for you. After we start the domain transfer:

- There will be an email sent to the admin email account of your domain asking to confirm the domain transfer. Please make sure your email account is functional. You can learn the admin email account by doing a whois query at the address http://www.sibername.com/whois.html

- Please confirm the transfer by following the email instructions.

- There may be another email sent to the same address by the losing registrar, which is your current registrar ( where you have your domain)

- Please confirm the transfer by following the email instructions.


Your domain will be transferred after these steps are completed successfully.

Please note that if you do not confirm the transfer by following these instructions, your application will fail and we will have to start again.

Please also note that the domain name information can not be modified after we start the transfer until it is failed or completed. This means 3-8 days. Therefore, please modify the DNS before the transfer started.
