If you can receive but can not send email:
You may get an outgoing email problem due to your ISP restrictions. In this situation you can use directly your ISP resources for outgoing emails from Outlook Express.
1- Create a new mail account via Add wizard in Outlook Express/Tools/Accounts
2- Enter your name
3- Enter your email address for this account
4- Enter incoming-mails and outgoing mails server as your company email server
like "mail.sibername.com"
5- save and exit
6- Go to the accounts, select newly created mail account
7- Go to properties and than servers
8- Select settings at the bottom for outgoing mail servers
9- Select "logon using" and enter server-name and password for your ISP outgoing mail server.
10- save and quit.
When you use this new account , it will retrieve incoming mails directly from your email server
such as www.sibername.com but it will use the ISP outgoing server for your new mails.
