Hi,

this is one of the most frequently asked questions.

If you all of a sudden stop receiving emails, it is because your email box on the server is full. Please keep in mind that emails use your web space until they are downloaded to your computer or deleted through the webmail.

In order to confirm if you are out of webspace, please login to your cpanel and see the available disk space on the left menu of your cpanel. If the number is less than or closer to 0, this is the reason.

What are your choices?

1) You can use outlook express kind of email clients instead of webmail. By using outlook, you can download all the emails from the server to your computer. So that, there will be no emails on the server and there will be no space problem.

2) Upgrade your web hosting plan: If the reason of full space is not the emails but your files, then you should upgrade ypur plan. If this is the case, please email us at support@sibername.com with your upgrade request.

If you pay by credit card, we will upgrade your account and charge your card in file.

If you pay by cheque, we will ask you to send us a cheque or pay online.

We will give you some extra web space for free until your hosting plan is upgraded or you freed up some space.
