If your domain is older than 3 days, it can not be cancelled.

If it is less than 3 days old, we can cancel it at the regisrty. But they will charge us a service fee which we have to reflect to you. The fee is 6$

if you have the domain less than 3 days old, please do the following

1) make the payment at http://www.sibername.com/payment
2) Submit the new domain through our system. Select "Paypal Payment" option. Do not make or send any payment.
3) note down the order number
4) email support@sibername.com with your order number and i will register the right domain.
