Registrant transfer procedure costs $25 CAD and includes 1 year domain name renewal. In order to transfer a domain from one registrant to another, the following steps are followed:

1. If you dont have a CIRA account, please create a new registrant ID online. Please confirm the registration with CIRA before proceeding to the next step. You will receive instructions to your email address you specified.
2. Submit a transfer application online through the domain manager. Please find a 'Registrant Transfer' link there. The procedure will be started upon a successful payment.
3. After the procedure is started, the losing registrant will receive an email which he has to confirm with CIRA.
4. After he/she confirms, the gaining registrant will receive an email from CIRA to confirm the transfer.
5. As the last step we will confirm the transfer.
6. The domain transfer will be completed. The domain will be renewed for 1 year.
