we registered a domain name yesterday called livingsimplicity.com and also bought a hosting package. unfortunately we have decided to change the domain name to another one. what do we need to do to enable this change. we would like to let go of the previo

. ca domain names can be cancelled in 7 days with no extra charge.

For the other extensions; Domain cancellation is possible in 3 days. So we can cancel the domain, but there is a $6 CAD charge for the cancellation.

Please do the following to proceed:

1) Make a payment for 6$ + GST = $6.21 CAD at the address http://www.sibername.com/payment. The description should read cancellation fee

2) Order the new domain and the hosting service through our hosting page but this time select the cheque payment option

3) email support@sibername.com with your order number

we will cancel the previous domain and hosting service and activate the new one under the new domain name.
