Make sure you drag and drop thhese commands to proper boxes. If you double click on the commands, they will not respond.

Just click on the command and drag it to the box where you want to use it

MY SOLUTION: I experienced the same problem when I was using a limited user in my PC. I re-start my PC and logged as admin and no more problem. I have tested this by swiching users reveral times and when not admin I have the problem..
