SiberName introduces 2 new communication channels in Slack for those interested in discussing Internet domain names and everything related to them. These channels are part live chat-room and part discussion forum. The first channel is the #general channel which is open to the general public, the second is the #sibername channel which is reserved for Sibername customers and re-sellers only. SiberName technical support staff are members of these two channels but will be more active in the #sibername channel. They can be identified in the channel member list by the number 1 preceding their names.
Their primary purpose is to dramatically improve customer support response times while making sure no customer is ever left behind. The secondary purpose is to build closer relationships with clients in an ongoing and direct way. It is hoped that customers will eventually feel they are part of the SiberName team.
The SiberName Slack channels are currently open and operational. People from anywhere in the world can visit and join them now. The official launch however will be on Monday November 14th, 2016 when we’ll be sending out press releases to inform the public. To join the SiberName Slack channel simply send a blank email to email@example.com and write Sibername Slack Channel in the subject line. Your invitation to enter our channels will be sent almost immediately. Sibername is always open 24/7.
