Your email will create a ticket on our help desk and will be automatically dispatched to the expert of the subject matter in your email. Typically, tickets will be answered in less than one hour.

Please note: Our telephone staff is a group of 1st level support technicians, and you'll find that a reply by email is always far more effective, far more efficient. An email reply is most efficient for the types of answers you will be receiving. We can easily send you a link in an email, whereby clicking it will take you to a quick solution.
As you can imagine, trying to spell out a complicated URL on the phone is not only time consuming, but often leads to a misspelled URL due to human error. As well, you're able to refer to an email as often as you like, whereas you may forget what was explained in a telephone call.

Some customers have anti-spam software that employs "Auto-response" or "Challenge" methods to block unwanted e-mail. Our e-mail system does not work with these methods of blocking spam. We have received some customer feedback that our e-mail replies were caught in spam filters.
